Desley was coding in the 70s, taught programming and became a Head of a School in the 80s, did a Masters in the 90s before becoming the Managing Director of a global IT company until 2003. Since then she has focussed on many things, including on leadership in a complex world. Desley lives in Melbourne Australia with her musician husband Roger and two white fluffy rescue cats.
