Denise (VanEck) McClennen
Denise is the owner of Thought Design Learning Studio in Rockford, Michigan in the US, which began in 2013 as an experiment in the design of learning experiences for adults.
Denise integrates her interest in adult development, applied neuroscience and organizational psychology into her practices as teacher, facilitator and coach.
She is the designer of Failure Laboratory workshops and specializes in helping people leverage failure as a tool for development.
Denise’s brood includes her husband Jack, five adult kids and seven grandkids.
